If you’re looking for an Airbnb or VRBO vacation-style rental, the Manor is open to host your group or family. Your group will have exclusive access to the Manor and grounds. Resting in our 8 King bedrooms with ensuite bath, your family and friends can sleep up to 16 people for any occasion(Rollaway beds may be requested for parties of up to 20 people). Enjoy family meals in one of our large dining rooms; cook a feast to perfection in our chef’s kitchen, and nap the afternoon away on the poolside patio.
Each room boosts complimentary Wi-Fi, luxurious King beds, en-suite bathrooms complete with premium amenities. All rooms have one king bed, three additional rollaway beds are available.
The foyer has a sitting areas with chairs and books. The family room has a L-shaped sofa, love seat, piano and multiples chairs. There are two dining rooms with multiple tables and chairs, perfect for hosting family meals.
The kitchen features large commercial appliances. A six-eye gas range, commercial dishwasher, three-compartment sink, and large refrigerator are perfect for cooking small or large meals.
The grounds feature a gazebo, pool, 6-person hot tub, historic log cabin, and much more.
A large front porch includes tables and chairs, perfect for relaxing and watching sunsets.Pricing and Restrictions
Prices starting at: Sun. -Thur. $900/night + tax, Fri. & Sat. $1,100/night + tax.
A Three-night minimum is required.
Events and parties are not allowed with this type of rental.
Breakfast service and house keeping are not included.

Amenities
All guest rooms include luxurious amenities such as a flat-screen cable TV, mini-fridge, Bluetooth alarm clock, plush towels, Comphy™ linens, complimentary gourmet breakfast, Wi-Fi internet, and premium bath products. We don’t blame you if you don’t want to leave.
Vacation Rental Policies
Cancellation: Cancellation greater than 60 days prior to arrival: 100% Refund
Cancellation greater than 30 days prior to arrival: 50% Refund
Cancellation less than 29 days prior to arrival: No Refund
Deposit: 50% deposit due at contract signing. $200 security deposit due 30 days prior to arrival, refundable upon departure
Check-In: 3:00 PM Check-Out: 11:00 AM
Tax: Room Rate is subject to 13% occupancy tax. A picture ID and major credit card are required at the time of check-in.
Rollaway Fee: $25 per night, maximum one rollaway per room
Pet Fee: $40 per room, per stay. Maximum two pets per room. No aggressive breeds.
Smoking: All rooms and indoor areas are non-smoking. Additionally, the use of candles and flower petals are not allowed. A $150 cleaning fee will be charged in any instance where we find this use.
